The Village of Posen is currently accepting sealed bids for two (2) Ford Explorer Police Interceptors. Both vehicles are being sold AS-IS to the highest bidder. Below are the specifications for the available units:

Vehicle 1: 2020 Ford Explorer
• VIN (Last 4): 2711
• Mileage: 49,951.7
• Engine Hours: 11,111.80
• Idle Hours: 8,905.90

Vehicle 2: 2021 Ford Explorer
• VIN (Last 4): 7958
• Mileage: 56,681.4
• Engine Hours: 14,810.44
• Idle Hours: 12,391.20

How to Submit Your Bid
To participate, please provide the following information on a piece of paper:
1. Vehicle Description (including the last 4 digits of the VIN).
2. Your Contact Information (Full Name, Address, and Telephone Number).
3. Your Bid Amount.

Submission Instructions:
• Place your bid in a sealed envelope.
• On the front of the envelope, write “Ford” followed by the last 4 digits of the VIN for the vehicle you are bidding on.
• Drop off your envelope at the Front Desk of Village Hall.
Important Dates:
• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened during the scheduled Village Board Meeting on March 10, 2026.
• Notification: The winning bidders will be contacted the following day, March 11.
