Would you like to be part of the Christmas spirit on 147th Street this year?

For $50.00, the Village of Posen will provide:

• One Christmas tree with stand

• Placement on the parkway between 147th Street and Veteran Drive

• Access to a power outlet

• One 18” x 24” personalized sign with your family or business name displayed next to your tree

YOUR PARTICIPATION INCLUDES:

• Decorating your tree with LED lights and decorations of your choice

• Providing a 20-foot power cord to connect to the Village’s power source

• Ensuring all electrical connections on your extension cord are fully wrapped with electrical tape

🎄 HOLIDAY TREE DECORATING CONTEST

A cash prize will be awarded to the top three decorated trees.

Prize amounts will be based on the total number of trees purchased.

(Tree purchase required to be eligible for the contest)

Prizes will be announced and distributed on Monday, December 22, 2025.

All money collected will go directly toward the prize fund.

📅 IMPORTANT DEADLINES

• Tree Purchase Deadline: December 1, 2025

• Decorations Completed By: Before dark on December 5, 2025

• Decoration Removal Deadline: January 8, 2026

(Any decorations left after this date will be disposed of by the Village)

One-time payment of $50.00 must be made at:

🎁 YOUR INCLUDED SIGN

Each tree will have an 18” x 24” sign that reads:

“Happy Holidays from: [Your Name or Business Name]”
